Kuća obitelji Ivančević nalazi se u naselju Medvinjak, 1.5 km od grada Korčule cestom prema Žrnovskoj banji te Račišću. Udaljena je 100-tinjak metara od mora gdje vam je na raspolaganju uređena obala i manja plaža. Gostima nudimo dva prostrana (60 m2) komforno opremljena apartmana (... TV, Sat, Video, Hi-Fi),  prikladna za četiri do pet osoba.
Prvi A***/4+1 (dvije spavaće sobe, dnevni prostor, terasa s pogledom na more, kuhinja s trpezarijom, tuš/WC, klima uređaj) te drugi A***/4+1 (dvije spavaće sobe, dnevni prostor, terasa s pogledom na more, dodatna terasa s roštiljem, kuhinja s trpezarijom, kupatilo/WC, klima uređaj).
Apartmani su nalaze na prvom katu kuće. Posjedujemo i manji čamac koji vam možemo iznajmiti za dnevna krstarenja.

Family Ivančević apartments are located in the Medvinjak region, 1.5 km  from the town of Korčula by road to Žrnovska banja and further to Račišće. The house is 100 meters far from the sea shore where at your disposal is a small beach and berth for a small yacht or boat. Restaurants and grocery shops are few hundred meters from the house. On the first floor of the house there are two large comfortable apartments suitable for 4 to 5 persons.
First one A***/4+1, (two double bedrooms, living room, terrace with sea view, kitchen with dinning room, shower/toilet, air conditioned) and second one A***/4+1 (two double bedrooms, living room, terrace with sea view, additional terrace with barbecue area, kitchen with dinning room, bath/toilet, air conditioned).
Parking for your car is in front of the house. Also we can rent to you a small boat appropriate for daily cruising.
