PENIĆ family (Mada & Davor, both of them dr. med.) house  is located in the bay of Zavalatica, a picturesque place on the southern side of the island of Korcula. Few hundred meters away, in the center of the village there are few grocery stores, cafe bars, three restaurants which offers local food specialties as well as usual gastronomic offer. Nearest village in Čara, 2.5 km away while the center of the island, town Korčula town is situated 24 km easterly from our place.

Apartments as specified below are on the ground and first floor of the house. Distance to the seashore (see below image) is 50 met. or to the nearest pebble beach in Žitna cove about 1000 meters. Access to the house by asphalt road. Parking OK. Shadowed terrace with barbecue. We can speak English and Italian.
