RULES FOR THE DIPLOMA

This Diploma is issued by the “Marko Polo” International Centre” with its seat in Korčula and Radio Club “Korčula” 9A1CLM from the town of Korčula, with the purpose of cultivating the historical links between this well-known world traveller and the town of Korčula. The diploma is made in the full-colour technique and the front side of this Diploma is plastic impregnate.

• The diploma can be obtained by all licensed radio-amateurs, including SWL radio-amateurs. All the contacts must be done from the same country. Contacts after 05. JULY 1992. only are valid.
• In order to obtain the Diploma it is necessary to establish one QSO with the native town of Marko Polo, Korčula, and at least 20 confirmed QSO with DXCC entities that are geographically situated today on the historical Silk Road. It is necessary to confirm one QSO from each country, with the remark that the contact with China/BY and Italy /I/, besides the contact with the town of Korčula, is obligatory.
• There are no limitations regarding the band and the kind of work, but the croos band QSO are not permitted.
• The list of the DXCC entities of which at least 20 should be confirmed is as follows

• The list of the stations that are active from the town of Korčula is as follows:
  9A1CLM , 9A7N, 9A2FL, 9A3EG, 9A2QQ, 9A2ZM, 9A6KUD, 9A5ABX and 9A7PSL (valid also all this stations in portable and maritime mobile work). For QSO with above stations, sending QSL cards is  not necessary, as the manager will check QSO from the originals logs.
• Together with the Request with the GRC list authorized by two operators, it is necessary to enclose 10 Euro for the expenses of sending the Diploma. It is not necessary to send QSL cards, while the manager has the right to ask them for consideration.

PROPOZICIJE ZA DIPLOMU

Diplomu izdaje Međunarodni Centar «Marko Polo» sa sjedištem u Korčuli i Radio klub «Korčula» 9A1CLM iz grada Korčule u cilju njegovanja povijesne veze poznatog svjetskog istraživača i grada Korčule. Diploma je izrađena u full-color tehnici, prednja strana je plastificirana.

• Diplomu mogu osvojiti svi licencirani radioamateri, uključujući i SWL radioamatere. Sve veze moraju biti odrađene iz iste zemlje. Vrijede veze samo poslije 05. srpnja 1992. godine.
• Za osvajanje Diplome potrebno je odraditi jednu vezu sa rodnim gradom Marka Pola Korčulom te još najmanje 20 potvrđenih veza sa DXCC entiteta koje se danas nalaze na povijesnom Putu svile. Iz svake zemlje potrebno je potvrditi po jednu vezu, uz napomenu da je pored veze sa gradom Korčulom, obavezna veza sa Kinom /BY/ i Italijom./I/
• Nema ograničenja glede banda i vrste rada, osim što nisu dozvoljene cross band veze.
• Spisak DXCC entiteta od kojih je potrebno potvrditi najmanje 20 je slijedeći:

• Spisak stanica koje su aktivne iz grada Korčule je slijedeći: 9A1CLM, 9A7N, 9A2FL, 9A3EG, 9A2QQ, 9A2ZM, 9A6KUD, 9A5ABX, 9A7PSL. Vrijede veze sa ovim stanicama i u portabl/P ili /MM radu. Za gore navedene postaje nije potrebno posjedovati QSL kartice, već će veze sa njima menađer provjeriti u originalnim logovima.
• UZ Zahtjev sa GRC listom ovjerenom od dva operatora potrebno je i priložiti 10 Eura (u kunama po važećem tečaju HNB-a). QSL karte nije potrebno slati, a menadžer ima pravo zatražiti na uvid iste.
