On the way from Korcula, 3 km before Racisce, there is the most preserved place on the island - Kneza. It use to be little fishermen settlement probably built on Roman remains. The inhabitants of Kneza have maintaned their traditional mediteranean style of houses, addapting them only in terms of comfort. Upper category of acomodation is available in Kneza. They are all very close to the blue bright sea.
